After completing this course, he continued his studies in Milan, Italy at the Civica Scuola di Liuteria where he took Restoration under the direction of M° Gabriele Negri.
Living in Cremona, Italy, he further specialized in the building, restoration, and repair of plucked instruments as well as the turning of tuning pegs.
In 2009 he created the restoration year at ILSA. Since then, he has also been teaching here. In 2012, he took a master course with José L. Romanillos in Siguënza.
